Buy on the event page and pay one all-in price shown up front. Your ticket lives in My Tickets with its QR code, next to your order history and receipts.
If an event is cancelled, your refund is automatic, in full, fees included. For anything else, email tomas.gomez@getcatch.app and a human will sort it out.
You pick, per event: everyone the event allows, your followers, your close friends, or just you. The event's ceiling caps it; your pick can always be tighter. How visibility works.

Yes. Promo codes and comp codes are on every plan, no Pro needed. Set them up from your event in the dashboard.
